How To Play Sleeping Queens
Sleeping Queens is a family-friendly card game for 2-4 players aged 6 and up. The goal of the game is to be the first player to collect all four queens and place them in their castle. To start the game, each player draws seven cards from the deck. The remaining cards form the draw pile, and the top card is turned over to start the discard pile.
On your turn, you can do one of three things: draw a card from the draw pile, play a card from your hand, or discard a card from your hand. To play a card, you must match the rank or suit of the card on the top of the discard pile. If you cannot play a card, you must draw a card from the draw pile.
There are four special cards in the deck: the King, Queen, Jack, and Ace. The King can be played on any card, and the Queen allows you to take a card from another player’s hand. The Jack allows you to look at the top card of the draw pile, and the Ace allows you to change the suit of the top card of the discard pile.
The game ends when one player has collected all four queens and placed them in their castle. If a player has three of the same suit, they can trade them in for a queen of that suit.
